CPS 22

Here's my card for CPS #22 at Card Positioning Systems... I really liked this sketch! I used the July kit from IMCK for this one... I added the floss and alphas, though. And the tiny scallop? That's from some new deco scissors I got at Michael's for $1.99. Deco is back! I love me some scallops!
