Every girl deserves a fun birthday card, right?
To make my snowflake I used a snowflake from a piece of Love, Elsie patterned paper for inspiration, sketched it out on the back of the paper, and trimmed it out. Then I added.... yes.... glitter!
I used a Marvy Uchida tag punch for this card. I have had this punch for ages and it's been gathering dust, but now I can't seem to put it down! I've been using it on everything! I also used the fun string that's used in the packaging of the kits to tie my tags together. A perfect touch, I think.
For this one I used the backside of my KI paper. I got blue in my kit, but thought white would work best as a snowdrift of sorts, so I flipped it over. I also used more of that string!

I have a couple more cards to add.... I'll include the template to recreate them as they make good Christmas ideas. I have a card tutorial on the Studio Calico site, too. You can see it here.
Have a great Tuesday! It's mighty cold here. I just wish it would snow!
