CPS 45

First, thank you so much for all of your support for Christine. I can't imagine the heartache she must be experiencing but I know it really means a lot. She reads every comment on her blog and she occasionally checks in with us at Studio Calico. The next couple of days especially are going to be rough, but she'll be able to get through it.

I sparked my mojo last night and did the latest sketch for CPS. As usual, I'm about a week behind, but I still appreciate the creative inspiration that is this sketch blog!

Supplies:

WORLDWIN Treasures cardstock for the base

WORDWIN Rushe textured cardstock

WORLDWIN Doublemates cardstock

Cosmo Cricket patterned paper

Scenic Route sticker alphas

October Afternoon journaling die cut

Offray ribbon

Ranger ink

Let's talk about Rushe for just a moment. It's so different! It's textured and pliable. It feels like fabric. I brushed ink of the top to bring out some of the fun, weathered texture to this new paper from WORLDWIN. It adds nice dimension to this card.

Have a wonderful Monday! It's so nice to get back to the routine. Morgan has been going nutty! I can't believe what a difference Preschool has made to her life. She has been out of sorts without it!
