The mustaches and a little love

The other day I decided to do a layout just for me. I wanted to do a layout about the silly mustache challenge because the photos crack me up so much!
This week, the challenge at the Garden was to do a layout with photo corners. I had one lonely little photo corner in my Making Memories Passport suitcase that was part of the July "Via Airmail" kit from Studio Calico, so I trimmed it in half and used one on the upper corner behind my photos, and the other on the lower corner after my title. Between that and the journaling stickers, I have my visual triangle.

I might have to do this layout 3 more times so that I can give one to my sister's and my brother. I really like these photos and this challenge was so fun!

Growing up I always felt bad for my brother, raised in a single parent household with a mama and three sisters. But look at him now! Even though he didn't get to pick them out, he is fortunate to now have three brothers to count on.

I love that.

I had my "Forward Motion" layout picked up for the Showcase section of the June issue of Scrapbook Trends. I hope he doesn't mind his mug in a magazine. I really hope he can see how much I care about him through that layout.

Anyway, I wanted to share one last thing before I go. Sweet Lisa Pace is offering a class with several Valentine's projects called Cupid's Workshop. Classes started today but the forum and message board and all the instructions will be available through Valentines Day. I just saw the first project today and it is so stinkin' cute! If you want to check out the class and get a peek at Lisa's creativity, check it out here.

Have a great Thursday! Grey's Anatomy is ON tonight! I wonder what that serial killer is going to do.... love Eric Stolz. Remember him from "Some kind of Wonderful?" Love that movie.
