Cardalicious 20 and the March Project 12 winner

I am up to my armpits in my fabric album from the project kit this month at Studio Calic0, but wanted to pop in really quick.

First I wanted to share my card from Cardalicious 20. The challenge was to make a birthday card using blue, green, and circles.
