small.

...... except when they don't.
Becuase, sometimes, they won't.

I'm afraid that some times
you'll play lonely games too.
Games you can't win
'cause you'll play against you.

My friends, I am done feeling small today. I was feeling a bit small but then remembered that while I am very sensitive, I am also a big girl, an independent girl, a very STRONG girl, and that's all there is to it.

Please check out my Project 12 challenge here. A Donna Downey Fabric Album, people!

I am up to my neck in CHA projects and other deadlines. I can't wait to share what I've been up to! I'm writing my first REAL article!

Take care! I'm off to move mountains! Davinie

  1. Have fun moving mountains, just leave the South Sister where it is, my step dad and some of the rest of my family are climbing it in a few weeks. :D

I know you don't know me from Adam but you are strong and very, very talented! :)

  2. I'm at a loss Davinie, if you know what I am getting at. I think I know what you are getting at and I'm in the same boat. I could just copy and paste your poem into my blog as well. Cheer up, though, YOU are so amazing, and I could only wish I had 1/10th your talent. :) Hugs to you.

  5. Just don't get overwhelmed and enjoy the process of it all. Life is too short to let things get to us. You are a strong and confident woman. From reading your blog it also looks like you have great family support!

  6. Maybe I shouldn't comment, but i am going to. You and Hilary have been favorite papercrafters of mine for a while now and I am very disappointed.
