Project 12 challenge - February


Hello!
February 1 is here!

I know there is some confusion regarding this challenge with Scrapbook and Cards, so if you have any questions, please ask here so I can answer them for you.

Basically, it's this. I have been hosting this challenge on my own since 2009. In 2010 I am cohosting this challenge with Scrapbook and Cards Today. In January we were working on our December layouts. I tried including those who were jumping onboard in 2010 by offering to include cover pages, etc., in January.

You can't actually scrapbook the month until it is over, so now that January is finished, it's time to post those January layouts.
You have until February 20 to link me your layout. If you link your layout at SCT as well, you now have two chances to win the prize. The prize for this month is this:

That's right! The Homefront AND the Anthology Collections from Studio Calico! weeee!
Simply link your layouts on this thread. YOu have until midnight PST on February 20. Shortly thereafter the winner will be announced.
Be sure to check the SCT blog for additional detail about this challenge, or my Project 12 blinkie on my sidebar.
Clear as mud? I know it's a little awkward this first month. Also, I will always be posting my Project 12 thread on the first of the month, but SCT will be posting it a couple of days earlier. B sure to wait until the first if you wish to enter for the giveaway on my blog, so that you get your layouts linked to the appropriate thread.
EDITED TO ADD:
If you do not have a blog or a gallery where you upload your projects but still would like to play along, email an image of your project to ideas@scrapbookandcards.com - They are going to start a Facebook gallery and will load your project there. It will count as your post on the SCT blog, so you will still have a chance to win. (thank you for the question, Lilian!).

Oh! P.S. There was a post on the Studio Calico boards about the 365 challenge and how that was too difficult. A wonderful idea was brewed; take photos in February. I think this is a great idea so I wanted to share an additional idea for you today. "28 things I love in February". Won't that make a great layout?! I can't wait to play along myself.

    Also, I never got my SC Calendar Stamps prize last year. Not sure if it's still with you. No worries, only when you have time to remember.

    Awesome prize! And yes, everything is clear ;) I'm super excited about Project 12 because I'm gonna push myself to do some two page layouts to get the months documented sufficently and in the process try really hard to use my stash too! Thanks again for hosting this project!
