Crate Love - Autumn Blog Hop

First, though, as part of the hop I wanted to share a tag I made with some of Crate Paper's current product, the Snow Day line.

I was inspired by this piece of paper, the Mittens pattern:

If you are familiar with my work you know I have a huge crush on scallops, so I decided to clean up my stash and trim several scallops in different prints with different punches to create my tag.  I just layed them out, adhered them, and then trimmed the excess.  Afterwards I embelished it with the snowflake, brad and some sentiment rubons. 

And if you are familiar with my work, you also know I stitch on everything.  I just like the finished look.  Working with a tag was fun because it provided a small space for a lot of fun and details.
