Good Morning! Today I'm happy to hop with you for the Autumn Blog Hop with Crate Paper. If you are here then you are in search of a special letter. After you have it, head back to the Crate Paper blog for directions to the next destination. Once you have your letters, unscramble them to spell a special phrase. Once you have your phrase, send it in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you'll be entered in for the blog hop prize, which is a $100 gift certificate to http://www.scrapbook.com/ - think of all the product you could pick up with $100!
First, though, as part of the hop I wanted to share a tag I made with some of Crate Paper's current product, the Snow Day line.
I was inspired by this piece of paper, the Mittens pattern:
If you are familiar with my work you know I have a huge crush on scallops, so I decided to clean up my stash and trim several scallops in different prints with different punches to create my tag. I just layed them out, adhered them, and then trimmed the excess. Afterwards I embelished it with the snowflake, brad and some sentiment rubons.
And if you are familiar with my work, you also know I stitch on everything. I just like the finished look. Working with a tag was fun because it provided a small space for a lot of fun and details.
Check back tomorrow and I'll share my tag on a layout.
Now that you've seen the tag and picked up the letter (mine is on my sidebar, in case you missed it, :) ), head back to the Crate Paper blog to find your next destination.
Have fun with the blog hop and have a great day! Davinie
