Studio Calico's June kit rocked my socks off!

Wowee! Have you checked out the kit yet!? I say it every time, and I betcha I've already said it on another post. I loved the June kit from Studio Calico! It is such a great mix of product. And it has October Afternoon! You can't get October Afternoon anywhere yet! Here's what I did this month. I officially converted to half 12x12 half 8 1/2 x 11. I had a lot of fun with the smaller sized layouts this month.

This is my little family on our first camping trip with our new trailer! This photo was taken last month.

This is my little PJ on her second birthday. The sweet lass. I really liked the look of the lace paper over the pink OA paper. It seemed so girlie which went with the theme of the layout and the title too.

I got to do some shopping on Mother's Day and did a little replenishing of the panty drawer via Victoria's Secret. The bag was small and had handles, so Payton was busy carrying it around the house after we got home. After a while I started seeing panties everywhere, so after a recon mission, I realized I was 3 short. After searching the house and finding nothing, I happened to peek at PJ while she was knee deep in the toy basket, and noticed she had all three pairs on! lol It was her idea and she didn't even ask for assistance! Silly girl. Panty thief!

I recently purchased this shabby hall tree with a mirro and a bench that opens with storage through Craigs List for $75. I bought it to either go in my entryway or go in my scrapbook room. I love the shabby look to it, but one of the main reasons I bought it was so that I could use it to hang projects from in order to photograph them. It worked really well for my tree garland! I still have it hanging there.

I really like the color palette of aqua and orange. It looks so fresh.

I mimicked the pattern of the trees with my two little trees on this card.

I still have a ton of product left to play with! I'm trying to think of something fun to use the Love, Elie fabric paper on. I just love the texture.

Have a great day!

  16. Your main goal should be to make your room or home as comfortable and attractive to your taste as you can. The creation of theme groups of art images is a great way to decorate your walls and your home decorating. These theme groups can be done with any combination of sizes and subjects as long as they match or contrast nicely with your wall and environment colors. http://decoration-ideas.blogspot.com .
